Pros:
- Free deliveries are available in the UK which is one less thing to worry about – the price you see is the price you pay
- Clinical trials show that 8 out of 10 women had positive results in growing new hair which is certainly great to hear and see
- The foam only needs to be applied once per day and can be done at night before you go to bed for treating female hereditary hair loss
- It can be used in conjunction with various other hair restoration products such as tablets and shampoos for even better results.
- Foams leave you hair with a lesser sticker feeling than the lotions and big savings can be made when buying from the Amazon platform rather than your local chemist.
- On average, a lot more women saw improved results than those that did not
Cons:
- This will not work for everyone out there and they themselves state this openly so there are no guarantees that this will work for you.
- The instructions state that it cannot be used by people over 65 which is a little unfair for those in this age bracket. The reason for this is because it has not been tested on women aged 65 plus. It could be worth the gamble all the same.
- You need a lot of patience as it can be 3 to 6 months before you see any realistic improvements.
- Many report that foams and lotions alone had mixed results so you need to add shampoos and tablets into your hair restoration programme to get maximum results
- Not suitable for women with dyed hair or for people suffering from specific medical conditions such as ones outlined above
Part 6: Conclusion & Feedback Submission
Conclusion:
Do I recommend Regaine for Women? Yes, as long as you are aged between 18 and 65 and do not suffer any of the conditions already mentioned above. It has a strong brand, it contains the Minoxidil key ingredient and it has proven from clinical trials that it works on average for 80% of women - nothing ventured – nothing gained in my opinion. If you are serious about restoring your hair or your partners hair to its former glory for the longer term, then take a look at my recommended UK product list here.

The Regainne twin pack that can last for four months is quite a good deal for the money. The fact that you only need to apply once a day is an added plus, compared to others that require you to apply twice in one day.
6 months on the maximum to see if the product works is also something to work with so that after this period and I am not satisfied, then I can abandon it altogether. 6 months is not such a long time to test. Thank you for taking your time to give us such a comprehensive review as I certainly learnt some tips today
Hello Jack, I must say that this article is very helpful and informative. I can see that Regaine is great for women hair so I will definitely get one for my girl who has a problem with hair loss. She tried many creams and even pills but nothing worked so far. I hope that this can help her to regrowth her hair, it is not expensive at all compared to its features.
Thank you so much for this post. First I can easily identify which product is original now. My daughter is really down because of her loss of hair since two months ago. I believe getting this product for her would make her super excited and I also love the aspect of free delivery, with that I can use the supposed money to get another same product or get a 6 months supply. Thanks for this information and also the other reviews on the lasers which I found very interesting
I’m glad I’m here reading this review. My fiancee is tired and has been complaining of her hair breakings and cuttings off especially while combing. She once applied some set of hair enhancing conditioners she ordered online but it rather made it worse. Her hair isn’t as full as it ought to and its so worrying… Do you think this Regaine will make her regain her hair to the perfect way it was before? And how many packs can last for 6months? Thanks.
It should be used as part of a hair restoration programme for the best results and generally a 3 pack will last for approx. 6 months. Many thanks for stopping by and best of luck to your fiancée in the months ahead
Thanks for your review of the Regaine hair restoration product for women. I had not heard of this product but my wife is always looking for the next best item that will help her in her battle to prevent hair loss. There have been some very positive advances recently and this looks like another one. Although this product may or may not work, I am sure she will want to give it a try. There seems to be no downside to trying it. The age limit was a bit disconcerting as that seems like an arbitrary point – the testing of the efficacy has not been done, but I would hope that they do the trials for women that are older than 65.
That is a large group of women who could use the product, as it is in the later years that hair tends to thin out for many women. I know that my wife is now 62 and this means that theoretically, she can only use it for 3 years. My guess is that she will keep using it after 65 if it works well for her, as many women will. The Minoxidil is an ingredient that I have heard of in other articles, so it tells me that this is a serious product to take care of a serious problem. You have provided some very useful information on the Regaine for Women product and helped a lot of people, to include my wife!
This Regaine Women Review is helpful,as I was about to purchase this product for my relative whose hair is being loosed. Fortunately I didn’t buy it as she is 72 years old and I was not aware about that. By reading your review I got better understanding about the issue and I am going to recommend this product to another ladies who are looking for this kind of product for their issues.
Now,I am sure that this product is great and works on almost 80% of women’s hairs . Thanks for Your comprehensive review
